An awesome pattern where you spin the poi while giving yourself a hug!
Crossers look and feel great. To master them you need to get a feeling for letting the turning and movement of your body guide the poi, while letting your arms relax in place near your far shoulders. This will help you learn to use the movement of your whole body when you dance with poi.
