30-days poi tosses challenge!

Join me with the challenge of practicing throws for at least 5 minutes per day, for 30 days!

 
 
 

Poi tosses, at least 5-minutes each day! Why only 5 minutes? Several psychology studies suggest that the best way to stick with a new habit, is to make it a process goal rather than a results goal, and to make the goal easy to achieve, such that you have no reason to procrastinate. Remember, you’re welcome to practice as long as you want! In fact I can almost guarantee that you’ll often play longer 😉
